All orders ship Monday–Friday. Body Banks fulfillment is closed on Saturday + Sunday.
Processing time excludes weekends and major holidays.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $175 AND UP (Standard Shipping)
Standard via DHL, USPS, and UPS Ground

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $275 AND UP (Standard International)
Standard via DHL eCommerce International

• Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
• Expected Arrival: 6–20 Business Days
• Rates vary by region; taxes and duties may apply
• Most orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Some may ship DDU and require customer payment upon delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders are shipped DDP whenever possible. This means duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Some regions may still apply additional customs or handling fees, which are outside of our control.
For DDU shipments, customers must pay duties/taxes before delivery.
